The Edmonton Convention Centre Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests and clients, handling internal and external inquiries in person as well as over the phone, email and the ECC website. This role provides administrative support to the Administration team when needed and is a key member of the Guest Experience Department.
Our work is for Edmonton. We’re proud of the work we do, and we want to share it with our stakeholders and the community. Our Annual Report lets us share what we’ve achieved over the past year and to set the course for the future.
2017 was a year of significant transition and accelerated growth for our organization, as multiyear projects came to a successful close, laying the foundation for a strong future for the Edmonton Metropolitan Region.
