The SCC is Edmonton’s convention Centre, a historic meeting place where people gather to learn, innovate, trade, and celebrate. We are looking for an energetic sales professional to join our team as a Sales and Client Services Manager.
Reporting to the Director of Sales and Client Services, the Sales and Client Services Manager is responsible for the “one stop shop” of bookings for weddings, short term bookings (3 months or less), and one time social events. This manager will handle these market segments from the initial booking inquiry throughout the entire event planning, servicing and on-site period. This position is also accountable for reporting, operational efficiencies, exceptional client management and accountability for monthly forecasting. The Sales and Client Services Manager is responsible for the delivery of high level customer service in an effort to consistently exceed our client’s expectations
