We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to manage building operations, head lease and sub-tenants, and support land activation and real estate development. This position will work with other EEDC facilities and departments to drive best practices, synergies and efficiencies to Edmonton Research Park facilities.
The Enterprise Edmonton division works with inbound foreign investors and outbound local businesses who choose to take a risk and grow their business in new markets, making the leap from local to global.

Our team of Trade Managers works with client companies, both at home and abroad, to explore growth opportunities that are the right fit.
We work collaboratively with our partners and clients to:
- Provide market intelligence research.
- Host information sessions on industry or geo-markets that local companies can investigate.
- Organize outbound missions to explore international opportunities.
- Find new facilities to expand.
- Demystify export logistics and making connections across our business support network.
Additionally, we also work to help identify broader trends and issues for local business. In 2017, EEDC facilitated discussions with downtown property owners and managers and other stakeholders about how to reduce downtown office vacancy rates. The Edmonton Convention Centre Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests and clients, handling internal and external inquiries in person as well as over the phone, email and the ECC website. This role provides administrative support to the Administration team when needed and is a key member of the Guest Experience Department.
