The Corporate Services division is the glue that holds EEDC together, providing Finance, Information Technology, Human Resource, Communication, Market Intelligence, Administration and External Relations services to all EEDC divisions.  This division is the foundation of the organization and the guiding principle for Corporate Services is to drive efficiencies and innovation for all processes and systems within the organization.

We are searching for an efficient and highly motivated Systems & Reporting Manager to join the Human Resources team at EEDC. Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, this role will be responsible for organizational HR system administration, continuous improvement of HR processes and workflows, and analysis of organizational people metrics and reporting. This professional, detailed oriented individual supports the smooth transition of work to and from our employees, payroll and within the HR team.

Job Details

As the Human Resources Systems & Reporting Manager, you will be our systems guru, managing our HRIS and ensuring our processes and documentation are up to date and at top functionality. Providing direct leadership and guidance to our HR Generalists, this is a critical role when it comes to collecting, analyzing and distilling employee data to improve and streamline our analytics and reporting.

The ideal candidate will also have the ability and relationship management skills to resolve escalated system issues and challenges, including tracking, troubleshooting, analysis and reporting with internal and external clients.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have 3-5 years’ experience in systems administration, reporting and people management
  • Post-secondary education in a related field; Business Administration or Management or HR Management
  • Be able to demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Experience with project and change management
  • Experience managing teams and collaborating with multiple contributors

Previous experience in HRIS systems, ADP Workforcenow and intermediate knowledge of Excel will be considered an asset.
