Edmonton Festival City in a Box is an award-winning program for association and executive planners that offers festival theming to make your next conference or event more engaging. The entire experience becomes more interactive for your participants and creates a long-lasting impression.
The program provides a menu of suggestions to integrate Edmonton's vibrant festival theme throughout a convention or conference. The menu includes festival ideas to theme keynote addresses, breakout sessions, team building, entertainment, decor, catering, receptions as well as the popular Edmonton Festival City Road Show.
The Edmonton Festival City Road Show takes the form of a multi-disciplinary arts showcase featuring some of Edmonton's finest talent. The Road Show has received rave reviews and has showcased performers from the city's festivals as far as Washington, DC where Edmonton artists appeared in the Opening Gala at the Alberta Folklife Festival.
In partnership with TransAlta, Edmonton Tourism is infusing the local arts community with funding and is giving back to residents of the Greater Edmonton region. Supporting and promoting the arts sector is raising the bar for Edmonton's diverse range of festivals, setting a new benchmark for others in the national and international arts community to strive for.
