The Shaw Conference Centre has several immediate openings for full-time Demi Chef de Partie. The Demi-Chef de Partie assists the Chef de Partie in planning, organizing, coordinating, and evaluating kitchen activities, thereby ensuring that all SCC Standards of Excellence are achieved. The successful individual will have an Interprovincial Journeyman Cook Certificate, excellent culinary skills and two years related experience.

Commis (Posting #11 – 039 b)

The Shaw Conference Centre has several immediate openings for full-time Commis. The successful individual will have excellent culinary skills and with one year related experience.
